Three Lives Lost in Fiery Crash โ€” Krysta Tsukahara Tragically Burned Alive ๐Ÿ’”

A student was reportedly burned alive after being trapped inside her Tesla
Following a crash that killed two of her friends, a California college student was fatally engulfed in flames when a Tesla Cybertruck allegedly became a deathtrap, โ€œentombingโ€ her inside as it burst into fire.

On November 27, 2024, Krysta Tsukahara, 19, was riding in a Cybertruck with three friends when it collided with a retaining wall and erupted into flames.

โ€œResponding officers discovered a single vehicle completely consumed by fire. Sadly, this crash resulted in multiple casualties,โ€ the Piedmont Police Department said in a Facebook update.

Krysta, driver Soren Dixon (19), and passenger Jack Nelson (20) โ€” all recent graduates of Piedmont High School โ€” had returned home for Thanksgiving.
They became trapped as the blaze intensified and could not escape.

The only person to survive, Jordan Miller, was pulled from the burning vehicle by a friend who smashed a window โ€” striking it 10 to 15 times until it fractured. He dragged the โ€œbarely consciousโ€ Miller out just moments before flames overtook the interior.

According to reports, Dixon โ€” who was driving โ€” tested positive for methamphetamine and cocaine, and had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.195, well over the legal limit. Autopsy results also showed Krysta and Nelson had alcohol and cocaine in their systems.

Krysta, a secondโ€‘year art student at Savannah College of Art and Design, apparently walked away from the crash with only minor injuries.
But, according to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by her parents, she was locked inside the car and ultimately died from smoke inhalation and severe burns, enduring what her family describes as โ€œunimaginable agony and emotional torment.โ€

The lawsuit alleges she attempted to escape through the front passenger window because the Cybertruckโ€™s electrical door system had failed. She was unable to open her door due to the electrical failure โ€” as was the Good Samaritan attempting to rescue her. She was then pushed back by heat and fire, and couldnโ€™t be freed. The legal filing states she passed away from thermal injuries and inhaled smoke.
