Ohio Congressman Jim Jordan is pressing for an inquiry into former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the now-disbanded January 6 Committee, which had been formed under Democratic leadership to examine the 2021 Capitol incident.
In a brief exchange with CNN’s Manu Raju, Jordan dismissed the committee’s work as a politically driven attempt to discredit Donald Trump during his campaign.
He also argued that Pelosi’s potential involvement and prior knowledge of the events on January 6 deserve scrutiny, calling for a deeper look into what she may have known and when.
